Who We Are & How We Got Here

          Preserving the legacy of our late parents, Raymond and Judy, we are three sisters and a brother hoping to make a difference in the lives of our customers. Our father had a dream of making a successful business from our hometown of San Pablo City in Laguna, Philippines. Starting out as a local jeepney business (a Filipino symbol of public transportation) to construction building and finally medical supplies, San Pablo Commercial was born out of hard work, perseverance, and a will to succeed. 

         In 2003, our family immigrated to the United States with nothing but a few suitcases and less than $1,000 to our name. Being an immigrant in the United States has its own set of challenges and setbacks, but our parents were determined to provide a better life for us and achieve the American Dream. Getting in the medical supply business was not an easy feat, especially when our father was diagnosed with stage four terminal lung cancer and brain tumors in 2009. While the doctors predicted that he had only two months to live, Raymond was set on trying to scale the family business and beat cancer to support his young family. After almost four years from his diagnosis, our father lost his battle to cancer in 2013. Our mother then took on the responsibility of managing the business until her passing by suicide in 2017. 

         On becoming orphans at such a young age and having no formal business experience, our oldest sister quickly learned the ropes of our family business and has been managing it since then. This has allowed all her younger siblings to finish college and subsequently take a role in the business after graduation to help keep our parent's legacy alive. While doing so has been difficult, we know that our medical supplies serve an important purpose.

However, we believe that keeping the American Dream alive is the best way to honor the sacrifices our parents have made. Our personal experiences in taking care of our parents while they were ill has allowed us to develop a deep sense of compassion and kindness for others.

       We understand the difficulties involved when someone is diagnosed with a medical illness. From physical barriers to the mental toll it can have on the person and their loved ones, we strive to be a sliver of hope during times of hardship. We care deeply about our customers and want nothing but the best quality for their incontinence supply needs.

        San Pablo Commercial has undergone extensive product testing and only partners with leading manufacturers to ensure high quality, absorbent incontinence medical products. We sourced out premium materials and designed a maximum fluid locking technology to make our products more absorbent than competitor brands. We want our customers to be satisfied with our products so they can worry less about incontinence, spend more time with family, and improve their quality of life.

       We offer a variety of urinary incontinence supplies including absorbent disposable bed pads with adhesives (also known as chux), bladder control liners, sanitary pads, incontinence guards, reusable protective cotton underwear, and disposable adult diapers.  We follow strict product requirements and undergo extensive product testing to ensure maximum absorbency, breathability, and comfort of our products. Our products are approved on the State of California's 'Medi-Cal List of Contracted Incontinence Absorbent Products'.

       We want to help our customers and their caregivers maintain a peace of mind when it comes to urinary incontinence. Customers may be reimbursed for incontinence supplies if they are eligible for Medi-Cal on the date of service. Simply access our list of reimbursement codes and contact your insurance provider to submit a reimbursement claim.
