Incontinence supplies are deemed medically necessary when used to assist with alleviating or preventing skin breakdown associated with incontinence. These medically necessary items include adult diapers, children’s diapers, pull-ups (pull-ons), disposable underpads and wipes.

What are the requirements to receive incontinence supplies from Oklahoma Medicaid?

To receive incontinence supplies from OK Medicaid, you must have the following:

• A documented medical diagnosis resulting in incontinence
• A signed prescription from a provider that incontinence supplies are medically necessary
• Total number of incontinence products needed to treat condition and expected length of need
