Shipping policy

Shipping rates are determined by product weight and distance to delivery destination. 

If you change your mind and no longer want to receive your order, please call us at (805) 232-4271 and notify us as soon as possible so we can cancel your order.

If your order already shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. We will issue a partial refund of the product price if the box remains unopened.
