Does San Pablo Commercial offer wholesale underpads?

Yes! As a manufacturer of disposable incontinence products, we are always happy to supply wholesale underpads orders to interested medical supply distributors and pharmacies. We offer disposable underpads in bulk as well as other medical supplies, including but not limited to adult diapers, reusable underwear with insertion pockets, sanitary pads, panty liners, absorbent guards, and more. 

The smallest order quantity for wholesale orders is a pallet of medical products. For companies interested in container pricing, please contact us for further discussion. We currently do not offer white-labeling of our products. 

Are SPC incontinence products FDA approved?

Absolutely! All of our products meet all product testing regulations as required by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). We can supply incontinence products for geriatric clinics, hospice, home health facilities, assisted living communities, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, hospitals, urology clinics, EMT ambulances, local pharmacies and distributors of durable medical equipment (DME).

San Pablo Commercial is contracted with the California Department of Health Care Services (DCHS) and is included in Medi-Cal’s list of Incontinence Supplies.

Are SPC incontinence supplies covered by Medi-Cal?

Our products have HCPCS billing codes and are reimbursable to accredited and authorized Medi-Cal providers. Medical supply providers should verify a recipient’s eligibility for the month of service before dispensing supplies. Claims received for services rendered to ineligible recipients will be denied.

How to receive SPC incontinence supplies through Medi-Cal?

Our durable and affordable disposable bed pads are eligible for Medi-Cal (Gold Coast) reimbursement using code HCPCS: T4541. We are solely a medical supply retailer and manufacturer. We do not handle insurance claims. 

Who should I contact if I have questions about insurance or Medi-Cal reimbursements?

If you are interested in receiving incontinence supplies, please search for a Medi-Cal provider and contact them directly. Due to the HIPAA Privacy Rule, San Pablo Commercial does not handle insurance reimbursement claims for our customers.
